Information you submit
Interest forms save your name, email, organization, role, interests, links and message in this site’s event planning database. The site owner can review these submissions. Recording interest does not send an email to anyone else or confirm attendance.
Purpose
Submissions support planning for the proposed Forum, Expo, Builder Search, Builder Pass, recruiting program, broadcasts and partnerships. Submit only information you want the planning team to review. Do not include confidential technical details, government-sensitive information or financial documents.
Your choices
Consent is required before an interest form is saved. Personal agenda preferences are stored with your signed-in account and can be changed using the agenda controls. They do not reserve a seat.
Portraits and external links
Portraits identify proposed speakers and do not imply endorsement or confirmed attendance. External company and career pages have their own privacy practices.
Event status
This is a planning concept hosted on the site owner’s workspace. An official event launch, terms, contact details and confirmed participation will be announced separately.
Your account and saved activity
My Forum stores your profile, saved sessions, speaker follows, applications and meeting requests with your signed-in account. Profile discovery is off unless you enable it. Other participants cannot see your email or private application files.
Supporting files and review
Files you attach to a submission are private to you and the organizer. The organizer can review submissions, change their review status and leave a response visible in My Forum. You can withdraw an interest submission from your account.
Meeting requests
Participants control whether to accept or decline incoming requests. Requests and responses appear inside My Forum. Sending a request does not book a calendar meeting.
